• Reservation will be confirmed upon reception of petition and payment of the reservation

• Grupo Pacífico will not make any reservation by telephone.

• Reservations should be made through the hotel reservation form.

• One form should be filled for each room request

• The payment of the reservation has to be done in Euros.

• Reservations must be paid by either a bank transfer or by credit card.

• After 7th May 2009 the availability cannot be guaranteed.

• Hotel reservations will be booked on a first-come first-served basis upon reception of the corresponding payment.

• Allotments at the Hotel are for the dates of the events (25 – 28 May, 2010). Previous days or late departure reservations are subject to hotel availability.

• Please send only once to avoid double booking

• Special needs cannot be guaranteed, however Grupo Pacífico will do their best to honor all requests.

• A confirmation voucher will be sent once reservation is confirmed.
