• Cancellations received within 30 days of registration and before 26th of February 2010 will be refunded, less a 10% processing fee (10% of the price of the registration being cancelled).
• Cancellations received more than 30 to 60 days after registration or between 26th February 2010 and 26th March 2010 will be refunded less a 25% processing fee (25% of the price of the registration being cancelled).
• Cancellations received more than 60 days after registration or between 26th March 2010 and 26th April 2010 will be refunded less a 50% processing fee (50% of the price of the registration being cancelled).
• Cancellations received after 26th of April 2010 will not be reimbursed, the full registration fee booked is applicable and will be charged. No-shows will be billed for the full fee booked as the Society will have fulfilled its event obligations and incurred the costs related to your registration.
• You may send a replacement from within your same company or institution so long as you send advance notification in writing and the replacement is are eligible for the same category (ie, to be eligible for the academic rate the replacement must also be an academic from the same institution as the original participant). In no case may a registration be transferred to an individual from another company organization.
• Reimbursements will be processed after the Congress.
